South Dakota Housing will hold a public hearing at 9:00 a.m. CT on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, at 3060 East Elizabeth Street, Pierre, SD, for the purpose of taking public testimony regarding the proposed West Park Portfolio located in Rapid City, Sioux Falls and Vermillion.
