We’re thrilled to share some exciting news about the future of our annual convention! Thanks to your continued support and engagement, we’ve secured our venue and are officially booked through 2028. 

We’re also introducing a new format designed to offer both depth and connection:

• ½ Day of Specialized Workshops (Tuesday) — targeted sessions for focused skill-building and practical takeaways focused in the areas of housing development, homeownership lending, property management and homelessness solutions.

• Full Day of General Sessions (Wednesday) — dynamic presentations, discussions, and networking alongside peers from across the industry.

Even more exciting, this year we’ll be combining our convention with the Homeless Summit, creating one powerful event that unites our efforts, expertise, and passion to make lasting impact.
