Friend of Housing Award This award is given to an individual who has made an outstanding commitment to affordable housing in South Dakota through their tireless contributions, achievements and vision. It is given to those who have made affordable housing a large part of their life.
Elmer Whitepipe Award of Excellence This award is named in honor of Elmer Whitepipe a founding board member of SDH as well as a longtime employee. It is given to an individual in the rental housing asset management or compliance industry who has made an outstanding commitment to affordable rental housing or has made a difference in the field in some way in South Dakota.
Lisa Bondy Award for Outstanding Service This award is named in honor of Lisa Bondy who 16 years to South Dakota Housing as the Housing for Homeless Consortium Administrator. This award will honor an individual who has demonstrated an exceptional commitment to supporting those experiencing homelessness in South Dakota.
