Applications Due
South Dakota Housing invites non-profit organizations and units of local government to apply for HOME-ARP funding. This federal funding, provided by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), provides an opportunity to address housing needs for individuals and families experiencing homelessness, housing instability, and other qualifying populations.
HOME-ARP funding can be used to support affordable rental housing, supportive services, tenant-based rental assistance, and the acquisition and development of non-congregate shelter.
FUNDING LIMITS:
Supportive Services: $200,000 per application
Non-Congregate Shelter: $500,000 per application
APPLICATION DEADLINE:
The application deadline is 5 p.m. CT on Friday, November 13. The HOME-ARP program allocation plan and application can be found here.
