HOME-ARP
Informational Meeting
South Dakota Housing invites non-profit organizations and units of local government to apply for HOME-ARP funding. This federal funding, provided by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), provides an opportunity to address housing needs for individuals and families experiencing homelessness, housing instability, and other qualifying populations.
HOME-ARP funding can be used to support affordable rental housing, supportive services, tenant-based rental assistance, and the acquisition and development of non-congregate shelter.
South Dakota Housing will host an informational meeting to provide a brief overview of the program and answer applicant questions.
