Stand Up for Housing

  • Various locations across the state of South Dakota United States (map)

The South Dakota Housing for the Homeless Consortium (SDHHC) is coordinating, Stand Up for Housing, a weeklong series of events taking place November 17–21, 2025, designed to raise awareness about homelessness, housing needs, and community-driven solutions across the state.

The SDHHC encourages local agencies to host a variety of public events—including open houses, site tours, service projects, and meetings with community leaders. These events aim to highlight the work being done to prevent and end homelessness in South Dakota and to foster dialogue between providers, public officials, and the broader community.
